Shipping Terms & Conditions
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We use GDex for all our deliveries within Malaysia. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to correct address. We will request you to pay the cost of shipping your order again at the corrected address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone will be at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. We will provide up to two delivery attempts for your package. Cost for any further re-delivery attempts will be passed on to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (eg. address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.), we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are also not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.
We cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping due to natural disasters or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package is transferred to the carrier and any further disputes must be settled with them. As the sender, upon your request, we can contact the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However as the outcome is stipulated by the Shipping Provider and not by us, we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.
