Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned free of charge. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us at the email listed below and we’ll issue a return label.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the tracked date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item:
- must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- must be in its original saleable condition, which also includes its original packaging
- needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, LIF. Active reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. We will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your item is defective, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
Once we receive the photos, we’ll issue a return label to you via email. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement.

We are not responsible for returns for any product once the item has been worn, used, or washed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
