LIF. Twins are stylish, wearable wrist/ankle weights that have been re-designed to put a modern spin on the commonly sand-filled wrist or ankle weights. They are made of cast-iron bars which are wrapped in a smooth, soft-to-touch silicone exterior for added comfort. Bound with an athletic elastic strip, the silicone-cladded cast iron bars are adjustable and can be moved along the strip to find what is most comfortable for you. The weights are also secured by a velcro closure which can be adjusted to fit any wrist/ankle size.

They provide that added layer of resistance to your workouts while letting you execute expressive movements completely hands-free. This avoids any interruption to your exercise flow as would commonly be the case with traditional handheld weights. They are also fuss-free and easy to use.

Pretty much whenever and whatever you feel most comfortable with! They can be worn during yoga, pilates, boxing, running, walking etc. If you’re not into exercising, fret not as they can also be worn for everyday use such as running errands, walking your dog, doing household chores, blow drying your hair... you name it!

Caring for your new goodies is important. 

To clean, simply use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the product. Avoid using abrasive cloths, towels, paper towels or similar items as they may damage the silicone skin. We recommend using natural cleaners with little or no scent. Avoid excessive wiping as it may cause damage to the product. Please do not soak the product in water as it may cause damage to the velcro closure and/or athletic elastic strip. 

The LIF. Twins currently only come in 0.5kg per side. Although 0.5kg may not sound very heavy, the added resistance is especially beneficial in ramping up the intensity of workouts and also makes the muscles work harder during exercise or everyday chores.
